Enjoy a complimentary next business day delivery as well as free return for orders within the UK. To ensure you get your order next business day, orders must be placed before 1PM UK time For orders after the cut off time (1:00 pm) , your order will be processed the next following day.
For Return- please email us at contact@saahlu.com and provide the order number, address and preferred collection date and time and we will take it from there.

Return Policy
We hope you are delighted with your order, however should something not be quite right, we’ll do our best to help. Shoes can be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase providing the following conditions are adhered to;
- Shoes shall be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused and undamaged, in their original box
- Only remove the protective foil on the outer sole if you wish to keep the item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if this protective foil has been removed or tampered with.
- Please return your shoes with love and care; the accompanying card and envelope should be retained and returned in the box. We cannot guarantee a refund if these are not present upon return.
- Once we receive the shoes back, we will process the refund. Please allow 5- 7 business days for the money to reach your account
