Inspired by a butterfly wing, each shoe has been hand-painted in collaboration with Tuscan ceramicist, Cinzia Vezzi. A graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence, Vezzi is renowned in the interiors and fashion industries for her painted fabrics and leather. Each shoe is completely unique.

• SAAHLU shoes are handcrafted to the highest quality standards in Italy.
• Each SAAHLU shoe sits atop a customised heel height of 10.7cm; a unique design choice that elongates the legs while retaining the natural arch of the foot.
• Our signature purple trim to each heel is handcrafted from lacquered brass and inspired by traditional back-seamed stockings. Each heel is entirely handmade and welded together. Minor differences in each heel are to be expected, as is the nature of hand-craftsmanship.
• All natural full grain leathers are carefully selected for their superior quality. Visible variations and imperfections are inherent to this natural material and render each shoe entirely unique.

To preserve and protect the quality of your shoes, please treat them with love, pride and care. Please keep away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid rubbing shoes with abrasive materials or cloth. Suede leather is an incredibly sensitive material. Extreme care must be taken, particularly with water or rain as colour may fade or stain. Suede shoes should be gently rubbed with a soft brush. If suede comes into contact with water, leave to dry before brushing.

We hope you are delighted with your order, however should something not be quite right, we’ll do our best to help. Shoes can be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase providing the following conditions are adhered to;

• Shoes shall be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused and undamaged, in their original box
• Only remove the protective foil on the outer sole if you wish to keep the item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if this protective foil has been removed or tampered with.
• Please return your shoes with love and care; the accompanying card and envelope should be retained and returned in the box. We cannot guarantee a refund if these are not present upon return.
• Once we receive the shoes back, we will process the refund. Please allow 5- 7 business days for the money to reach your account
